Day 30 of My Body Transformation

I’ve been working my butt off this year! I told myself that I wouldn’t let Kurt (my son) show me up, so I am on a mission to show him that even at 57 years old, I can still smoke him!

Ah, yes…I could pull a lot of excuses, like my age, or that I work a full time job by day and really in the evening too (when I come home and have back to back coaching calls for my other passion, Real Estate). And, of course not to mention all of my other every day tasks that I have to do!

Enough of that…I can’t deny it, its tough but I made a commitment to give it my all, and that’s exactly what I am doing. 

I still make the time to do morning Cardio, 5 times a week before work and in the evening I workout with weights 5 to 6 times a week.

Not too bad for an old guy, huh?

30 day transformation of Randy at Hynes Fitness Challenge

Here is my 30 Day Progress Report:

  • Lost 2″ off waist  (now 34″ , goal 32″)
  • Lost 8 pounds  (now 192, goal 183)

I still got a ways to go, but I am feeling good and can’t wait too show my son up!
