The Finish line is in site!

You’ve put in the work, the end is in sight, and you’re about to become another happy finalist in the Hynes Fitness Challenge. Your 16 weeks are almost over and now is a good time to reflect on your successes during the Hynes Fitness Challenge, both physical and emotional. If you are writing an essay don’t worry about being Shakespeare. It’s not an English class. Just write your experiences down in your own voice. Rather than waiting until the end of the Challenge, why don’t you start jotting some notes down now?
Jot down some of the challenges that you faced along the way and how you overcame them. By the way, this is going to make you feel great about what you’ve done. Think about what kept you motivated, what and who helped you along and how you feel now that you’re almost finished. If you’re like me, you will feel absolutely inspired by what you have been through.
Then, we’d like for you to start making arrangements to take your “after” photo. Yes, it’s almost time for the big day. Be sure to line up a photographer or a friend with a good camera, select your suit, and if you like, you might even jump in the tanning booth this week if you feel you’d like a little tan to show off your body. Make sure to review the instructions in your competitor packet carefully so that when you complete your challenge you have a complete and valid entry
Be proud of what you have accomplished. You are a winner if you have done your best and have improved yourself.
If you have any questions, please email us. Kurt and I are encouraging you to be the best that you can be… see you soon at the Showdown!
