Time to spice up your cardio?

Who said that Cardio shouldn’t be fun? Who says that cardio is restricted to the boring treadmill!  Here are some ideas to spice up your cardio training and don’t forget its okay to have some fun while you are burning some fat! 😉

  • Jump Rope – Think Rocky! Great functional cardio that will help you with coordination as well!
  • Running Stairs
  • Rollerblading
  • Swimming
  • Hiking – Plenty of great hikes out there!
  • Cycling
  • Take A Cardio Class at the Gym – My favorite is BodyPump over at 24 hour fitness!
  • Boxing Class – I go to Cappy’s and always have a great time and and even better work out. http://www.cappysgym.com/
